Yep our summer has gone on and on - first decent rain for the last 5 months (other than a couple of heavy showers mid summer) was Friday night....and I am still in t-shirt and shorts in the weekend.

Paul, you wont want your shorts down here today....its IFR over most of the island....and they are talking about snow to 300m from friday!
I'll use toprobs screens as wallpaper and pretend its a window......and ignore the ice on my nose.

was based in TG tower for 3 1/2 years ( about '94-'97 ish)

Only thing missing , people jumping fencing searching for short cuts from the terminal to the airshow venue ... the airport directly in front off me but a 500 meter one way trip only to find nobody - nothing but a sparrow who figured his way in the building , only to have to walk ... my case run that 500 meters back 'full pack' .. all i wanted was a simple check in ,
