Seeing the processes may also persuade other people to get involved. Plus of course, a side effect is that a complete paper trail of the scenery's development - and who contributed what - would exist in the public domain in the event of any ownership disputes with third parties or piracy.
When the scenery's finished, it should be released with a big fanfare. I'm a tester for the scenery and it's superb; a major step up from any other previous Christchurch scenery. Perhaps it could be branded as an NZFF community project?
Just my thoughts,
Ade
Ade - That is the general idea in all aspects bloody great idea , the very reason i posted this in the screen shot thread ( http://nzff.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15983 ) .. Ade , you must send the photo's of Wigram that you took , recall that brand new HD i had (like only 2 weeks).. it really died with all the photo's you did on the outsides and many other files , I have started rebuilding Wigram , flatten ready to place the buildings as soon as I remodel .
My rule number ONE : Anybody that contributes as little as it may or it seems dose not get planted in a read-me ... they get listed either during the build or on updated posts in screen describing and pointing out features . Our current list is
Doug Cunniffe - Photo editing and Mister AGN gable roof top fixer - The screen shot Competition man![]()
Mike Allen-Andrews - Advice on model build and Library files
Gavin Andrews -, 'Kahu' maybe wants to take on the small community fields later
Robin Corn - , Christchurch City Center , pre Earthquake .. www.windowlight.co.nz .. Photoreal NZ to the Max
Ian Warren - , AGNing and model maker and editing the area and general trouble maker and stirrer
Adrian Petford - That fella ask the question but also has some very valuable Wigram photos .

Complete file covering the photo currently supplied on - To be revised
Also includes Doug's roof texture fix . Those very small files put into the Scenery folder .
The other files , AGNs simply drop them into your Christchurch FSX texture folder .
All AGN updates will be posted here as the city gradually rebuilds . Many districts and regional farms including the small towns still require work .
For those who fly in regular , the airports are open , Wigram is to be kept open to keep with the photo and off course the photo is pre earthquake , it will be a little silly to try and rebuild AGNs and a town that is no more until work and construction shows any sign , Rob has his hands on models that will rebuild CHCH again pre EQ . We will see how that will fit in .
The file works fine with both VLC and NZSI .. recommend NZSI due to the static photo texture .
Don't forget , the photofile from the link above , all free and you then can follow and see how the city grows . Below the link for the updates still included is the roof texture fix .
