Yep, I'm happy if you are. I'm not sure this team will need much leading, seeing as you are all a sensible bunch of blokes with your heads screwed on good and proper- but I'll step in if I have to

I guess the first thing to do is to start setting some dates for when we aim to compleate certain stages of the project- I'd say by the end of the month/a months time, we make sure we have a list of every currently available addon pinned here, with contact made to the authors requesting thier permission to include it in this project?

Idea ..... , Since i have a free PC away from any other scenery in FS , maybe all continue and use me as the anchor/base then we can look a time setup and see what we have , I with the need to clear anything addons/related to FS , then go from there , so continue maybe or preempt possibles .

I will log and base all sceneries , another is the many hours required to collect the history of source file s. I have , sorta Juggling at the moment , but once started it'll calm down .

Maybe start on my mark , in mean time , jog ideas down and log anything that comes to mind ,
