Hi all thanks for the welcome. what I want to know is a display of " homebuilt simulators" shows. Like a show to display homebuilt airplanes. Something like that. Sorry for inconvinience. ote name='SUBS17' date='Dec 28 2009, 07:20 AM' post='8252872'] The links I provided for VAT Berkuts airshow is a live online airshow which is streamed so you can see the displays live. QUOTE (creator2003 @ Dec 19 2009, 08:02 AM) This software is what we used pre FSX days but also in the early days of FSX ,the good thing that this software will let you do is join fs9 and fsx together + also you can change aircraft while in server aswell , be it that you joined or you host the game etc , Thanks, didnt even realise that, so FSX is FSX only... this actually lets FS8/9/X players all play together... so possibly still a good thing if you looking for a crowd /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif /> I havnt tried the server but the...

QUOTE (nzav8tor @ Dec 15 2009, 10:30 PM) 1. Landing a Spitfire in a 'severe' crosswind is not recommended. 10 - 15 knots x-wind would be pushing it, leave it in the hangar. Raising the flaps on touchdown is not going to help you much. Full flaps in a Spitfire is alot of drag which will be better for the landing roll than retracting them, diverting your attention from flying the aircraft. Extend them as appropriate and leave them there until your clear of the active runway. At approach speeds with a strong x-wind the rudder will be less effective thus a bit of power to...

You'd have to replace all those WAV files all 45000 of them! This is interesting All those voices are hiding in Sounds/usenglishbig.gvp This lets you play with all the recorded voices... EditVoicepack (google) You cant change the accent but you can make them say different things... In your case... Stupid Yankee in tower saying New Zealand flight Sierra Echo X-ray Yankee 6 niner, cleared for take-off /tongue.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :P border= 0 alt= tongue.gif />;) I was trying to get them to say… Go Away! Goldman Sachs stole the airport as well!...

My name is Andrew Gorman and I am new here and am a current X-Plane simmer. I was reading through this forum and noticed this statement that scenery cane be converted but aircraft cant. You can import scenery via the FS2XP software easily enough thats true, AND you can convert the FS aircraft to X-Plane standard easily as well. I have been flying X-Plane for around 4 years now and have upgraded to every new version that has come out...and things are only getting better. If you go to there is more information about converting from MS to X-Plane. If you are after some really nice new jets or...

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Dec 4 2009, 01:04 PM) There is no problem with the Alphasim site , October 15 was the last release , if your wondering about the forum , that was closed down a year back . The Islander was to be released this time last year , i think there must have been lot of internal problems and many modelers/designers went there own way taken there models with them . Thanks Ian.......i hope they can resolve....what ever it is.

For those interested in installing Open Falcon everything you need can be found here: For those interested in doing home pits particularly F-16 pits everything you can think of can be found here: Another handy program: This is Falcon gauges and you can use it for pit instruments. Its possible to extract MFD onto a small LCD monitor(7") and mix that with TM MFDs you have working MFDs in the pit. MFD extractor can be found here:

QUOTE (dbcunnz @ Nov 14 2009, 10:00 AM) Having on the Argosy saves the heavy breaking when landing at the Chathams with a full load /tongue.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :P border= 0 alt= tongue.gif /> No worries except it was presented on the other thread as a problem with the model which it is not. Being a member of the team I have to defend the fact that it is not a mistake on our part. /tongue.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :P border= 0 alt= tongue.gif /> Best Garry
