I was playing with the yoke and throttle in Harvey Norman, big price tag but it was so smooth and with the throttles, that come with it, I wanted it so bad. They had about 5 of them in stock, and when I went back a couple of days later, all gone. Very popular!

QUOTE (Naki @ Jun 12 2008, 11:20 PM) Derek Ill get in touch with you when I get the goodies - hopefully before you leave but not looking likely - anyway I wont do anything with them until you are back. Anybody want the Dreamfleet Archer CD add on for FS 2004? Its a classic! It was my first payware addon I bought a few years ago now and started this whole thing off for me. Still can stand up to todays add ons. Cheers, See you then.

Nah i think you can mate but its easy just going to you fav spot press save and you will be able to load that flight with that plane whenever you like in that spot you could have as many saved flights like this hundreds even and just pick and choise as you plz ,even if you have to to a reinstall FSIM for whatever reason ,you can back them up and paste them over forever etc...simple as mate /winkyy.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= ;) border= 0 alt= winkyy.gif />

At least it beats the old 8086 for a name or the 486. :D BTW at least these next generation PCs will blow away those consoles the only problem is software as theres nothing out there that could use such a PC to its full potential.

QUOTE (Naki @ Jun 11 2008, 07:35 PM) I also have a quick question Are there updates following the real world like no more Air NZ Saabs and more Q300's? The Air New Zealand fleet will be up to date within a month or two of when the package is released, there will also be small updates this time to add B777-300 and B787's when they arrive.

Still, FL320 is a bit high. If your not using payware aircraft on such a long route, its probably impossible to calculate the exact fuel burn etc, so perhaps dont fly long routes. But if I was heavy (In my PSS/Overland 777) I would cruise at probably as low as FL280 step to FL340 then 380 in the end probably. Guess it just depends.

I have a few that might be good (let me know if they're what you want), how big do you want them (resolution...)? Then I'll shoot off a PM and we can arrange some way to get them to you. :) Alex

QUOTE (turbofire @ Jun 2 2008, 10:40 AM) Another disappointment, isn't so much with FS9 as the many models designed with incorrect number of gauges (i.e., if you have four engines, then, you should have four sets of gauges, not two as I have found on many models). This might be because your downloaded aircraft didn't come with a panel, so FS automatically chose the 'best' option from the default panels (usually not a good choice at all). What sort of aircraft are you looking for panels with? Chances are there'll be a panel similar to the one you're looking for...

QUOTE (NZ255 @ May 15 2008, 09:09 PM) So what is the best all-in-one IRF AI traffic, for NZ/AUS as well as the rest of the world? There have been heaps of answers floating around... If you're interested in NZ/AU traffic, check out VOZ AI (and also GNZLAP!). The issue with that is that it recreates almost all flights to/from NZ and Australia - there can be some double ups if you install other, airline-specific, packages. ;) I'm sure an AI guru like Charl can enlighten you further... :) Alex Edit: Check out this thread. ;)

Hmmm, odd... The main zip file for the Discus is duo_xv1d... when you unzip that you'll get two folders named DUO_DISCUS_X_(Front)_WINDE and DUO_DISCUS_X_(Rear)_WINDE. Dive on into the "Front" folder... find the Gauges folder, now you should find a whole pile of .gau files - copy them all into your main FS9 gauge folder. There should be: mr-yawstring.gau mr-fs9-caiset.gau mr-asw28.gau MR.TR-010.gau MR.SP-005.gau mr.sch-004b.gau autcrd1.gau asw20bl.gear.gau Just for those without pedals, the autcrd1.gau is an auto-coordination gauge that allows you to fly using the stick only...
