I'm not entirely sure how accurate the routes that are generated in FS are, because I don't use them. The best source for the real world routes is at the AIP website. Just go to the section of aerodrome charts, choose the airport you are going to fly from, and find the chart that pertains to 'Standard Route Clearances.' Can it replay helos as AI?

I always fly with active sky. If you want realism it is the only way to go. The ms version is a bit of a joke. As for track IR. Haven't used it for months. I find it too hard to keep still. It works well if you have the patience.

I'd love to be able to do 16x acceleration on a RW long haul flight...

Have a look for Ttools. It contains a great manual for installing AI. ttools202.zip on avsim.

Get a PayPal account, they work with debit cards and most FS places accept it.

Ive just added some pics.....still in the early stages so there are a lot of classes that are defaulting to that horrible brown....but im working through them

21GB on C: and a further 105GB on F: for a total of 126GB. (some 80GB of that is just the UK VFR photo scenery NZ is a paltry 2.1GB in comparison - long way still to go chaps!)

I think if you like the mag subscribe to it. Gives the publisher more secure revenue stream so more likely to continue. I had a subscription for the last 5years. Also subscribed to computer pilot on the same basis. Ether.

if your still interested, there is a panel available at avsim, that play's cabin & crew announcements, you can pre-record the cockpit announcement's and play them at will. file is called fdsfxpnl.zip there are additiional voice sets available as well
