also DON'T BUY DUTY FREE IN DUBAI why not? Recently some friends of mine flew to Europe with Emirates and had a stop over in Dubai. The duty free was open and the people on the flight bought stuff in the shops. Upon reboarding the aircraft everything bought was then handed over as it wasn't allowed on the plane. There was no signs or any indication to the passengers to not purchase duty free and essentially alot of upset passengers got ripped off as what they had bought was then taken off them.

i have always used projectai's default remover. you need the projectai installer and the remove default ai package, that works for me, or you can delete the traffic.bgl for the default traffic

The Cirrus comes with the Avidyne. You could try the Kodiak, available here . I feel that the flight dynamic isn't that great compared to the Cessna Caravan, but the G1000 implementation is pretty accurate. The main issue I found with the Kodiak is that the G1000 is programmed for 2 engines (and I think Piston). So you get double rulers on the gauges, and warning lights you cannot extinguish. (Check the screenshots and you will see what I mean). Regardless, it's kinda cool Ran

In FSX, if you set metric or hybrid, you'll get pressures in millibars from both ATC and ATIS. Regarding the altimeter, it depends entirely on the gauge, which can be programmed for either or both units. Unfortunately, the user can't change it. However, Reality XP make a set of drop-in replacement gauges (Flightline T) for FS9 only, that can be configured.

How many mouths since your last reinstall Trolly? Perhaps copy the terrain.dll from you "virgin" as you call it  fs install and see if that works, the .dll rings a bell, think iv had trouble with it in the past too.. eathier replace it (you might be able to find all the modules on one of the install discs) or reinstall. Cheers Nik- I used your first shot in flightsim slideshow I was making for school which I presented to my class yesterday. I have uploaded it here if you are interested to see. Its 4mb and in ppt format. Thanks again. Your welcome - just had a look at the slide show now, must have earned a high mark for that. , But being a flightsimmer.........I'm bound to say that :D

I have a golden rule for games and that is not to pay more than $80, Flight Sim has cost me more than this with all the extra bits and there is no way I am donating another $100 to the gates fund, not to mention the other $1000s to upgrade my rig :P

Just click and hold and drag the cursor over everything then hold down shiff and click on something and drag How do you move an entire aiport without dragging it??? For some reason this alters the apron somehow... As for changing coords...Ill see what happens as I'll have to realign the runways again. Hehe If you saw the size of what Ive built you wouldnt want to rebuild it :P Ill post a screenshot sometime. Thanks, ~ZK-KAG~

There are definately older flight simmers our there, but you will find they are under-represented on this forum. 65 and shouldn't that read 'older flight Zimmers' ?
