Yes it was certainly a shock, I thought he was away just because most of the time he was up there posting. It wont be just at this moment I certainly let you know, I am at the moment looking for NZ scenery and AI traffic for the like I have in P3D. Some of P3D aircraft were just default FSX the king air and Extra were.

Steve, Isn't that just like the SYD arrival that takes you overhead the field then into a downwind position on the opposite side of the field from which you arrived from? Yes that would be the MARLN 2 RNAV arrival. However I can understand that as SYD has 2 North/South runways. If coming from the East for 16L or 34R then you just turn downwind as per normal. If 16R or 34L then you go over the top and then downwind....like a big overhead rejoin. This keeps you clear of the adjacent traffic inbound for 16L/34R.

In my Classic FS9.1, my default start was Bristol Lulsgate Bottom (EGGD). Take off to the East, come round to about 335 Mag and you would pass within visual range of lots of UK places. There's a similar trick in NZ, but it is more 035 than 335, After all, it is the Antipodes

Before I moved to FSX SE from FS2004 I bought software called Radar Contact which was good and solved default ATC issues. I haven't done anything about looking into it for Steam though.

I think it also depends who gets their grubby mitt's on the CD/DVDs , good example is my brother kids, one for example was atrocious for looking after any thing and its the "I know what I'm doing attitude" .. KIDS .. no wonder I didn't want em ..

Arr Steve, the creative thinking type, my older brother followed that idea with a 3/4 scale Spitfire in the UK .. it was only for the novelty section of the birdman but it did look bloody great :D

Huge difference, the P3D is a give away for FSX , the very uprated version , I would say a must for the RNZAF Texan fan ... best example is comparing it to the freeware DC-3 to the original default.

Lucky I'm not a WWII fighter bomber come US Navy carrier man ... BULL PUCKY ! :P .. be interesting to see how the SB2C builds, they were well renown for atrocious handling and performance, typical quick need replacement.
