I don't steal programs , I buy them , I don't knock anyone's work except the FCS Short Sunderland , I was tricked with that one - I'll go to war on people who steal , but to have file and posting removed without any reason , or juggle things around to suit themselves is not a good idea .

Mi-2, Mi-17 and S-76 were brilliant. They made a great contribution to the Flightsim comunity.

It's a cool piece of kit no doubting it, but I'd hold fire for a bit personally. Have played with them a few times and have an ex-colleague who was doing development with the platform. There are still wrinkles to iron out and I think it'd be worth waiting for the production model when it comes out. The challenge I see as a simmer (apart from motion sickness, which is being addressed incrementally but still not perfect) is that you can't see the meat-space controls while your wearing the goggles. Mouse and joystick you usually have a hold of but what do you do when you feel the need to go for...

Such sad news.................. My family came out to NZ from Scotland in 1947 to a little village called Arapuni. Our next door neighbours were the Vette family and Gordons dad was the local GP. Went to high school at Putaruru with the 'Vette' boys and through the years since had the extreme pleasure to join Gordon on the flight deck whenever we were flying together - and stayed at his Motel 'Peppertree' in Taupo on a number of occasions............. RIP Gordon...................

Hehe, just found out you get the message that you are a spammer if you run afoul of a moderator as well :P . Oh well, one can always get around their systems some way or another if you really want to. I have no need to, it's a bit of a depressing place with some of those 'policies'.

Lot off payware scenery such as Wellington do work, Nelson works wicked , idea is gradually build on you destinations .. ORBX dose have a few elevation issues but we are quietly getting that fix .. as far as taxi to airports you can adjust with a AFCAD tool but generally you want keep a communication with your default ATC or if not park into cargo areas or non airline apron's.

Progress thus far: Have PC set up and connected to Epson projector. Enabled stereoscopic 3D on FFX card and running P3D. Great 3D using shutter glasses. Have realised that it is easier to connect a second PC and have an invisible plane to watch the aircraft being marshaled. Have tested on FSX but will install P3D on another PC later to test. Easier than setting up towers around the place. Thanks for your help and offer of assistance. Seems that there are a few options of achieving this training output. Will look into shared aircraft across 2 PC's later as we will have a class using 3D glasses...

I don't think PMDG has a return policy, you have to go through their site and see what they have put in regard to sales.

Yes I have the Beta working ok in P3D...well sort of. Some times it does odd things. My biggest headache is the zoom on the mouse wheel. Sometimes it works as it should and other times it doesn't and it can be a pain when trying to manipulate MCP knobs with the mouse wheel. I can get the occasional pan lock up after a period of time. Hopefully they will nail these down for the final release.
