QUOTE (rocky289 @ Jun 8 2014,2:18 AM) Yes, when I tried it I was also getting script errors. It could be because I have kept the original v2.0.5 installation .exe safely saved on a DVD, (always a good idea), so that each time I install it, it works OK... It works fine on my FSX. Maybe the Site owner has since modified the original file to prevent its use? I gathered that Google wasn't happy with the Satellite Map (copyright) appearing on Version 2, which is why it didn't appear on version 3 FS Tramp is a good (free) alternative to show the ground terrain map during...

Wicked and snazzy little setup you have there, now all you need is Jan Vissers new DC-3 VC incoming , would make that look supreme /cool.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= B-) border= 0 alt= cool.gif /> PS: I do like some of your home modifications

Chuckles yeah,..... seriously having a budding ATC guy Nick really made it interesting, but also teaching the use of charts .. again not sure how good VATSIM people are or if they have actual ATC guys , following the plates also with in a MP in shared cockpit with a Dash8/Fokker100 pilot with ATC , that was quite an experience.

I have to admit, it's a nice effect, however I'd would only pay maybe a couple of dollars (if that) for it. It's a bugger they ruined it by hiking the price up.

QUOTE (Eagleeye @ May 6 2014,9:21 PM) As for taxi speed problems I find shutting down outboard engines on the Orion helps a lot. That was a regular thing they did on Viscounts, taxing into Christchurch in the late 60s early 70s but the inboards... gives your the real look of the period, but for the real feel, maybe a Saitek throttle quadrant maybe the solution, a joystick with all and with throttle might help and they are cheap.

QUOTE (toprob @ May 2 2014,11:46 PM) However X-plane has always been mainstream, so it doesn't need a separate sub-forum. X-plane maybe more inviting , mainstream - I think looking at the the huge amount of uploads to flightsim.com , this is a mainstream product - FS9/FSX is not dying , hells i check all the Flight Unlimited , all the Flight and all the Fly .. mainstream currently its going thru a change very similar to the period dating back to the mid 1990s , the word mainstream is a protection or least trying to keep people happy .. Nothing wrong with competition . P3D has its...

Thanks Ian. Long time lurker first time poster /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> Happy to take offers on the item. I just based my price on what I have seen others sell for around the place. I have two, and both have served me very well, but while stateside I could not resist pick up the Saitek product, so one has to go!
