Welcome to the forums! I am originally from Canada but have been living in NZ for about 11 years now. People in NZ are a great bunch, and the guys on this forum reflect that /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> I have not been simming due to other commitments so have not been active on these forums for quite a while. However I could not but help but welcome a guy from the old country /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

QUOTE (Cagles @ Mar 9 2012,5:25 PM) Is there a free program out there somewhere that does sort of the same thing as REX? That makes the clouds look better. I don't have the money to spend on it right now. So, any suggestions? You can also try fsrealwx lite it is a free weather program. This would fill in time for you to save up for REX 2.0 and then get the free REX 3.0 update.

Hey Ian. I have the ERJ pack, that V2 release is a real nice model, systems seem well supported, panels are good, a little short on repaints but McPhat studios do some reasonably priced high quality skin-packs for it (which I have bought also) If you like the smaller/regional airliners then at that price its a steal, dont hesitate.

QUOTE (frostynz @ Feb 28 2012,10:51 PM) For what it's worth I have deleted the enb.mod from my system as I am convinced it was causing my FSX CTD's. It does on a lot of systems if you have this setting in the enbseries.ini (AllowAntialias=) set to 1, being a post process you are trying to force post-process AA on top of already rendered AA, some cards ignore it some don't, the ones that don't crash...

The C130 and P3 are still the same as you left , if anything for training the most up to-date and would possibly used as a training tool would be the PMDG 737 - the NGX , by compare to your old cockpit setups , the CS130 holds its own but is 1980s style , LD76 is going to cover any 75 training.

QUOTE (NZ255 @ Feb 13 2012,12:18 AM) B many videos are out? The NGX has been out for 6 months, right sorry for belated reply, I'm on so many forums posting I just can't keep up sometimes. AOA training is in it's budding period, there are quite a few training lessons but not to the extent that one would expect. However, the training just keeps coming, so rather than having it all at once, the training lessons do keep coming in at no extra cost. In terms of chronological order AOA doesn't quite have this down when it comes to each step of the process from ab initio.

When we get our new livery sorted there will be quite a bit of payware stuff painted. So your call let me know if you would like to join us in the 737, and we will sort the rest.

QUOTE (Kelvinr @ Feb 15 2012,5:16 PM) Yoke had arrived earlier than I though but was frozen by customs because GST had not been paid, yes, import GST. Without being obscene the GST tax is a killer $177 extra. It was sitting at the NZ Post warehouse and no-one called me, I had to hound them... ....... $177 extra , ... Were is the Molotov cocktail and its time to burn some buildings !

You probably can if you want to pay for each and every country one at a time? haha /biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif /> Might end up costing a bit more than FSX did though /biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif />

Whereabouts "up North" are you? My early years were spent in Leeds ... to the sound of DC-3's and DH-89a's at Yeadon ...
