Hey Goff. Nice idea. I wonder tho if it wouldn't be easier to distribute flight plans and AI models from a central server via some sort of pull or sync menu item that you might do periodically? Not sure if what you describe would be feasible in real time, ie having live skins and aircraft positions streaming to you as aircraft come in range. I know thats kinda how VATSIM works, but you still need local models from SB or FSINN right and the aircraft density is way lower, realistic live AI traffic would get pretty laggy dont you reckon? BTW, have you heard a rumor or something that they are...

As posted this never did get off the ground and in the past months and this year there has been a downturn in the amount online friendly fly ins that we use to do alot of ,i suppose ppls come and go from the sim ie like myself ive been so busy lately i havent had time to do bugger all with the sim .. when it picks up again with the amount of users we had in the past it mite be a good time to start this topic back up but until then id say just try get online flights ,bunny hoppy to acouple of airports or something going with mates you meet or post up here etc in the MP topics that you are...

Sadly my home cockpit has a few unservicabilities - the Elite transponder has a broken knob and I'm desperately trying to get either the ISG or PMDG FMC up and working in the Herc (After being caught embarrasingly unprepared departing Dunedin two weeks ago!! /icon_redface.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :whoops: border= 0 alt= icon_redface.gif /> ) However I plan to be there regardless!! And its great to see Adrian Brausch's Hercules and Orion models are still in widespread use despite being 8 years old! Its a real shame the new CT4 model is FSX only!...
