NZFF

Had a great night of flying tonight on vatsim here in NZ. This pic was taken on descent into Christchurch.. someone missed their instructions on the radio and turned right towards me! Luckily he was climbing and I was descending, but it was a little close for comfort, and no doubt highly illegal in real life! I'm off to Australia now for a few days, so I'll be back and around next weekend sometime if I don't find an internet cafe somewhere in Surfers Paradise (I will be working there, not on holiday) ;) See ya all later :)

Yep, another great night with Full ATC. Really enjoyed myself. My only issue for the night was that I couldn't tune the F1 ATR into the ILS. No drama, it was sweet night for a visual approach. Jamie

Wellington was well suited for a NZ event for mimicking real world ops. The event showed greater involvement for all ATC and pilots who participated, giving greater frequency and shorter legs from all directions. Perfect for a 1st Birthday bash! vANZ had a good turnout with Jamie Marshall, Alister Curnow, James Mckay and myself completing a number of legs, plus all that used the ANZ call sign - see the stats Like a few others I had some aircraft and server issues too, but thankfully both engines didn't simultaneously hang on short finals. That would of ruined my night :P

Thanks Creator I'll look into the mission thats currently in development.

Yep, check out the pinned topic "I'm going Online" in the Multiplayer forum. As Brock mentioned there are different places for Multiplayer depending on your how you want to fly. The good thing is everybody is catered for whether they want to fly full on simulated or informally. I'm normally on the FS2004 Inspire server Friday nights from about 2030hrs. There are usually a few others on the same time Friday and Saturdays. I mainly fly rotorwing but also happy doing fixed wing low and slow around the hills. So don't be shy either Inspire, VATSIM or IVAO come on and join in.
