Heh yeah the good old days of Vatsim, needing to fire up several different programs, all in the right order, then cross your fingers it worked. These days voice, weather, MTL and metars are all in one program - Squawkbox. Are you running SB3 on the same PC as MSFS? If not you may need to copy the 'vip' folder from your FS9 directory to the PC running SB3. If it's on the same PC, look in :\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\ for the vip folder. this is what renders the planes. If that's not there perhaps reinstall SB3. If...

Trying to join. THe connection is listed as -1, and me and Jason can't get in. Comes up asking for password (does it need to be in caps???) but after entering that, we go no where :( Asks for password twice, but after the second time, it throws us back out into the lobby.. I often find it displays as -1 but lets me join and runs fine........and I'm on dial up :) . Don't assume that ping is correct.. i can explain the hitting the building. First of all I cant see the building scenery is to low so i have to guess where they are. Second it whent full power and it woudnt turn of :)

The Inspire server is not passworded, anyone can join it. FSInn was developed for Vatsim as a network connection, voice and multiplayer traffic library. As such it would seem that it's not designed to work with standard Inspire multiplayer server. Sorry Jack perhaps sort something else out as a TCAS.

One of the advantages of a mic, you could have said what was up, no problem to keep the server live till you landed.

I just thought it could be of interest to some to mention the Sunday Night Ops held weekly on Vatsim.
