QUOTE(Mattnz @ Sep 20 2007, 08:22 PM) Are you downloading it from here: Scroll down to where it says NZ 75M Mesh, and just click that link, that should download as a zip file, which you will then extract as normal, inserting it into the 'addon scenery' folder. Thanks very much Mattnz

I am using a modified version of Luke Clark's NZWR, with 20m mesh and NZ Topo, and have no problems with it. (nzwr_v11.zip from Flightsim.com). The airport sits up on a plateau, but i dont have the water rising up the edges or over onto the airport itself, or the runway ends. When i say a "modified" version, all i have done is add hangers and other buildings to the scenery, and some minor AFCAD mods of taxiways etc. Lawrie. >nzflag<

Hi The Intl airport isn't modelled as photo real, so there are still generic buildings. I did however re-adjust apron and approach lights, added turning bays at the runway ends, and so on, so it matches the real dimensions. It's slightly improved over the default, but doesn't look like the real thing... You can get it from simmarket: It's about NZD33. Hope that helps. Cheers, Christian

Great you worked it out, Pat. You don't need to create the backup, I just prefer to keep original files if I want to restore for whatever reason. Cheers, Christian

Howdy Christian, Ah, okay. For some unknown reason I (mistakenly) assumed NZTopo installed a number of lighthouses and that installing the Curt Jardey scenery might mean double-ups. Thanks.

FSGlobal 2005 would indeed cause this problem, as it includes an SRTM mesh for NZ, which as you found out yourself is pretty bugged. Mesh priority is a black art and doesn't work necessarily as you think it should. I'm glad that you sorted it out though. Christian

Hi Matlo This is correct. The 20m mesh is identical for FS9 and FSX. Cheers, Christian More info for the interested: The new FSX format specifications allow to include 20m, 40m, 75m, etc in one file. One needs all versions for better quality, However, I knew this since FS2002, so my mesh already includes 20m, 40m, 75m, etc - they always have. The only difference is that they are in seperate files, but the end result is exactly the same. Therefore, there is really no point to create an FSX style mesh - there is no real advantage. The only reason Geographx are selling the scenery as 2 versions...

I had that problem once because I had two installs of FS and just tried to copy and paste one from the other. The answer was to run the RBE disc again, uninstall and reinstall not just the repair option and it worked for me. Not to say it'll work for you but it did for me. I find FS and computers in general can be like chinese whipers where the story you tell them is not the same story they repeat back to you after different people ( Programs and applications) have been told the same thing and don't pass it on word for word and in the end things get corrupted along the way!...

Hi Rhys, I think you will find they go in : Main FS9 Folder\Scenery\Ocen\Scenery folder Make sure to backup the two original files first. Normally the installation program would do this and rename them BR9OCEN0.bglx and BR9OCEN1.bglx respectively. Regards, Craig

Looks good  One minor correction: 15000ft is, of course FL150, not FL15.
