I agree ...some of these models look plastic. I think its a combination of the textures , and maybe the lighting and angle. You're right Marty, but I think having nothing in a shot to scale it against contributes. It looks fine in the first pic. Even in AFS2, some ridge lines look like cardboard cut-outs, but a few trees usually fixes that.

I've downloaded all the F27 repaints that I wanted from the links that you provided and will go back there for another browse later. I am sorry I sounded mean when I said that this place was dead and needed resuscitation and I am sorry and apologize for that if I have caused offence.

I have "flown" a lot of them in FS 2004, FSX, P3DV2 and P3DV4. Allways a new price. P3DV5 does not interest me. Since I intend to skip that and switch to FS 2020 at the end of the year and turn my back on Lockheed-Martin. But everybody's doing it to themselves. For me it is not worth it for 6. . . 7 months (?) especially since I don't see enough evolution in V5 to have an insane update orgy and barely fly.

It´s an aircraft of the sort i like. Not to complicated and enough time to have a look around you but no toy...

Thank you both for this post ....I spent money on their Phantom and another I can't recall at the moment ...both turned out to be 100% useless because I couldn't activate some bloody key (that I paid for) , or something. Will try again, and if it fails ....I'm coming after you Adamski :P

He's building a tricked out Cub now. I haven't watched any of his recent vids but after talking to (I think it was his wife) at Reno last year, that's going to be nearly as crazy
