I thought all New Zealand Qantas 737 flights were Jetconnect? That one has a VH rego Theoretically, that would be the case but in reality there may have been an issue with an aircraft causing this one to come over?

I've completely lost what this discussion was about Sorry for the digression ... the reference was to the odd U.S LC-130 with the 8 blade props , and the unusual sound it makes. A sound that a four engined ATR may have , a far cry from the classic C-130 sound. Even a far cry to the early LCs when running up from the terminal roof as they taxied past , adjusting the pitch on the taxi roll was interesting.

Come on now guys! You're going to hurt Marty's feelings... Whats that saying "The little plane that could be" I'm surprised it did not end up in that true to life movie the other week 'Planes' with ole Dusty !

Working two jobs tends to cut down on simming time... But one of them gets me driving past NZCH a couple of times a week, so always take a moment to watch a couple of landings Still miss the old Gnat landing special tho !

Sweet !!! great to see some freighter action Indeed deeknow .... love the freight dogs. During the spotting weekend , the two most impressive takeoffs were the Fedex MD-11 , and a QANTAS 767 . Thanks for having a look .
