Yes, it is an air ambulance, BaE Jetstream 32. The aircraft was on a flight from Ssnta Marta to Bogota, and landed not long after my flight, so it did not hang around. Another photo here:- smooth landings.

Spot on there, as the first two photos were taken whilst waiting to board. Very interested to see the screenshot from the Aerosoft product. Although the detail is a little basic (like the clock on the wall), all the features of the heliport are there, even down to the markings on the landing area and the big hotel behind. Saw a fair amount of traffic at Nice airport, so it might warrant a special trip one day to take photos. I will put some airport photos from Barcelona, Spain up shortly. smooth landings.
