QUOTE (Charl @ Feb 9 2011, 07:30 AM) Easy now, guys...we are talking Baggage Handling here, and this a Giant Oak of a man. The camera angle is deceptive, most would look porky from up there! But only while actually handling the bags. Before the cart arrived, The Dude plonked the cone down and leaned happily into the intake, out of the wind. When his mates arrived, they carefully...

Yes, the Hunter is on gate duty at one of the gates off the main north-south highway. Shame that with all the new construction, that I could not get any closer shots, very difficult to get access around the airport now. It seems like they have big plans for Muscat airport, with a large new terminal equipped for A380s and a new second runway as well. Here are a couple of shots from Dubai as well, I think that the first shot is a Fedex Cargo MD11 smooth landings.

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Jan 27 2011, 01:19 PM) Not my sort off aircraft Pete but that radial powered Pitts , i would love to see that perform . The S12 Pitts was awesome /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> I'm getting worried... I have always been interested in homebuilt + aerobatic machines but last weekends trip has me loving the WW1 stuff. I feel so old!!! As for who is who... The older of the two is Paul Marshall, President of the NZ Aerobatics Club and owner of Pitts S1-S ZX-WIZ. He was presented the trophy by Stuart Langley,...

Nice photos, always good to see rural airfields like this having busy days. /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> Raglan is a great airfield for the general public to visit too since it's so close to the town centre.
