QUOTE (deeknow @ Jun 23 2014,12:05 AM) Oh yeah, forgot about that, awesome. No spiders in my case but lots of dust One thing which is handy is one off these light art brush's for dusting fans and keeping the vacuum cleaner a good 100mm away from components

QUOTE (zk2704 @ Jun 21 2014,4:12 PM) Well, did some edits on the Catalyst Control Centre and it fixed my problem. Thanks guys for the suggestions. Well done that man! I did notice in an earlier post that you had the screen settings in FSX display at 16bit. You could also change this to the 32 bit settings (your graphics details should handle it OK..) May help some more :-)

Be ideal to get that affect on the Wellington airport coast line, It will be interesting to see what its going to look like installing onto a new HD .. I have been cleaning out files, the Boot Raptor only six months old has packed a sad so it into the shop as its three year Warranty is well valid. Good thing all GBs of Gbs have now been backed up.

QUOTE (zkcav @ Apr 27 2014,4:36 AM) Had this issue last year with a CH Throttle Quad. Recalibration is your first stop for sure, if that doesn't work, try unplugging the throttle and giving it a light spray with CRC contact cleaner (not 5.56) then work the throttles, then replug it once dried out. Solved my problem of removing the dust and grime and no judders. Yeah I found changing to a different USB Port fixed this issue

Re FSrealWX lite - I understand that if I set the weather metar search option in FSWXlite to Vatsim, not NOAA I get a coverage of 33 NZ metars. Not the NOAA big 3 - AA,CH,WN. Cloud layering, icing , wet runway after rain has moved on, etc. Suits me fine. :-).

QUOTE (Timmy74 @ Apr 15 2014,12:05 AM) Thank you so much for all of your help gentleman. I did not get a chance to re-install the 777 , but i have followed the model build - and I did have the nav's working , I wonder if it is a corrupt d/load - I do recall nav lights , or maybe missed a patch, end of the day its a WIP and customer build so i wonder if you may have missed an update.

I decided to return the ram to PB tech and order the ram I actually wanted originally....thanks Doug. Actually I didn't take it back but my partner did. I got the return invoicevia email and was gobsmacked to see I was hit with a restocking fee of $60!!! 20% of the item cost re stocking fee!. What a blatant profiteering rip off scam. $60 to put 2 sealed sticks of ram back on the shelf and 2 min to process the return (which re-enters it into the system anyway). Far from impressed. EDIT: I noticed that the RAM I want is now in stock so I contacted the manager of...
