So techincally speaking. A cockpit intrusion seems possible, would they have any undercover cops etc on the plane like in the US? I dont think its as easy as you think... See my earlier posts. Air Marshalls are not on NZ flights yet as far as I know. Last year they were talking about getting them, Im not sure whats happened since then...

The primary restriction is the Land Clear clause of Rule 5: An aircraft flying over a congested area of a city town or settlement shall not fly below such height as will permit, in the event of a power unit failure, the aircraft to land clear of the congested area. . This effectively limits flights over central London to twins and helicopters (which are exempt from the land clear rule). HOWEVER the big star-shaped restricted area (R160) applies Land Clear to helicopters. As you can see, the eastern side of the city is inside the London City CTR (class D), and the west side is inside the...

Well yes I suppose that's true; but I'm sure you see my point, if it's a choice between building cheap housing to get some of the homeless people off the streets or keeping a 1950s bomber in a displayable condition it's not going to be much of a contest.

Flew with them to Thailand at Christmas 2005 and found them to be rather good. Liked the food and great in-flight entertainment system. The staff were very friendly and pleasent. Not as much leg-room as the 747 (we were on the A340), but it was still okay for me (I'm 172cm tall) but according to the purser, there were some complaints about the leg room, particualry from those transferring from a 747. I would fly with them again and rate them alongside Singapore Air as my two favourite carriers to date.

Good shots there. Where were you taking those from? Looks to me like he was parked on the side of Pound Road, just past where the bend in the road is as it goes around runway 29. You should've gone into the aero club and taken pics from the upstairs lounge/balcony there, you get a view straight across from the control tower and you can see the whole airport

Yeah I seem to remember seeing that discussed in another forum somewhere, if you look at the other airlines under that "concepts" section I think it's pretty clear that the designer isn't actually associated with any of the companies, real or fictional, in any way and that they are presented as a design concept only. Edit - Although actually having looked into it a bit more thoroughly it looks like that company does actually do corporate branding design, so I may have been wrong about them not being associated with the airlines they present designs for, but it still appears...
