Cracker doco's and one hell of a move /cool.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= B-) border= 0 alt= cool.gif /> , tell ya one thing - having 1 .5 brownings pointed at you would be a scary thought little lone 6 off them and especially since in the 109 you practically sit on the gas tank .

Only place to go , ... Just a damn shame - New Zealand starting point in this field and its historical reference to New Zealand aviation and training - Wigram was close due to near sighted dipsticks only out for a buck , close to the city for pilot training - helicopters and the lots , a venue for flight and for shows .....

Strangely again i wonder how many flights actually run fully loaded aircraft from New Zealand - many times i found the aircraft empty but then and again as i said ... as long as i have the window seat i am happy ... people say you cannot see anything at night and to that i say BULLOCKS! , old days they did measure peoples weight , maybe that is what they should be doing again .

A very dramatic landing shot, just shows you how strong those winds gusts do get , obviously those ATRs hang in and around tornado alley.

QUOTE (emfrat @ Nov 8 2013,10:46 PM) Six hours in a 767 ? That would be a breach of the Geneva or Hague Conventions, on "cruel and unusual punishments." QUOTE (HamiltonWest @ Oct 24 2013,10:38 AM) Shift Manager, Senior Sergeant Steve Ambler said the pilot had to make an emergency landing and as he did so he crashed into another light aircraft parked to the side of the airstrip. Mr Ambler said the Cessna was only metres off the ground and seconds into the take-off when the crash happened. Ok so its expensive chocks then lol.

QUOTE (chopper_nut @ Oct 19 2013,10:25 AM) However this only extends to reputable airlines where you know what qualifications the crew hold. Well that's true ... SILK airlines a few years back , aircrew arguing how they are going to land - having a b1tch fight .. come into land doing twice the speed , that was caught on airport cameras and went off the end of the runway destroying the 737 ... fortunately it killed that crew !
