If Qantas, AA, BA or anyone else posted a new safety video, I bet it wouldn't get as many views as these ANZ ones. To me ANZ has always 'seemed' a conservative airline, but with this makes them seem like a fun airline, reminds me of freedom, and Virgin - both airlines that attract a lot of attention. We follow this information, as mentioned earlier, because we have a love of airlines, planes and anything relating to these. But the general Joe Blow no longer sees airline travel as glamourous - more as a bus with wings. So to come up with something funny as a safety video, means...

was a beautiful plane, think it was for sale a while back. Its sad to see that of the few engines faliures that occur, that a lot of the flights end up as what eye witnesses see as a dive into the ground or as in this case, "the engine stopped and the plane dropped out of the sky" Planes can fly perfectly well without power in a managed decent. It is sad to see this kind of outcome.

not good at all, glad he was ok/alive though. Looks like a very heavy auto from altitude. Love the way media always think all accidents with any sign of fuel will burst into flames /rolleyes.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= rolleyes.gif />
