It is funny how it impacts people for what the person did or not so strange, ... there are the Givers and there are the takers ... the Givers always get remembered.

With all due respect , i don't care about quakes anywhere else .... if you weren't here in September or February , you have no idea what it was like , and i hope you never do. Just bloody awful .... my place is still moving , everyday i watch a crack in the "repaired" bathroom wall get bigger .....I watch the back yard still sinking , after all this time. I'm a " get over it" kind of personality , but i don't mind admitting, I cant get over this.... and i don't wont to talk about it anymore.

Number 3 was actually in a San Francisco bank in 2012 Arrr So it was you and your trying to boll it underarm to the Australians .. I'm sure it happens all over, I recall seeing bank footage from the late 1980s, was in the USA and twit to cover his face used whip cream , a person in front took a lot longer and the cream started melting

I am slowly getting used to the new forum style. I need to give it some time to adjust. The old forum, even though slow and technically inferior, had a certain quirky charm and readability about it that is hard to explain. EDIT: Hmmm hang on a minute I have just tried the eTech "skin" preference which is quite similar to the old forum style. I might switch back and forth between the 2 styles and see which I prefer.

Have noticed it's not all oriental races involved either, some American etc. It's a culture related thing i.e. left/right driving at home. That is true and one program that use to run on TV was a NZ trucker show and the don't and do that , late comedian Ewen Gilmore, pointed out many habits and always put the trucker in the right, I had one incident with a 40tonne tarp hauler , Hilton haulage, I had the right of way, bright yellow hi-viz gear on my mountain bike , this truck driver looked down saw me .... I can see the mumble on his lips "what the Truk are you going to do" and kept...

Just for looks I'll stick with Japanese pocket rockets .. those look to hard to keep clean :) The trouble with the Jap pocket rockets, Ian, is that all that full-fairing hides all the rust, corrosion, rot, etc, going on underneath, that you don't notice! On the naked bikes, a quick spray all over the bike with warm soapy water washes all the nasties away...everywhere....super-quick! One thing I could say and the reason a hi performance bike will last as long as the 900 did was constantly keeping it clean ... keeping it clean you always see what needs to be maintained ... but here for you Paul...

You may find that it is from the 'old days' and it hasn't been used for decades. Back in those a lot of contracting companies had cartoony type logos, like my Dad's one below. I do remember the Ryan Bros 'earthmoving' here in Christchurch had cartoon logo's from memory I think this was a practice that was done from ex Army-engineers from the Pacific after WWII, just something they picked up from aircraft and after the airfield construction thru out the region.

Here's the latest Foz, in case your local press has "gone off the boil" on this one.... Ta for the latest heads-up, Bazza!.... :D ...! Its such a shame to see these magnificent creatures suffering, and a big cheer for all those involved in trying to save them! Not a sight to be seen around my shores! At least, many of them were saved.... ...! Paul..... B-) ...!
