QUOTE (cowpatz @ Nov 14 2014,10:18 PM) The one and only review is not that favorable Rob ;) "Having trouble finding out how to work it" might say more about Ron than the sim... Just sayin' Dovetail seem to be in the love 'em or hate 'em category, which kind of reminds me of Microsoft a few years back. Still, for full disclosure, I won't be buying this, but only because I don't have any money.

QUOTE (Charl @ Nov 13 2014,10:34 PM) Yeah... Mr. Travolta's jet is valeted, right down to the polished MG oleos. Ah, right! Years ago, I saw one of these thunder off at surely max takeoff weight to go halfway round the world, I think with water injection to get over the boundary fence. It made a mighty impression in that livery, and started a lifelong infatuation with 707 jets for me. The big difference between this model , it had the short fuselage of the 717/720 series with the wings of a standard 707, this is were the B - course due to the shorter fuse that is were it...

QUOTE (cowpatz @ Nov 13 2014,3:35 PM) Not too bad at all. Are the individual panel positions swappable? Affirm, all the same dimension so you can position as you desire. All plug and play too- pretty much idiot proof /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

It funny how many silly things are kept away under lock and key, you met 'Barf' , the very nice chap you met in the back hanger , he points this out all the time I go snooping around Wigram and asking for information - many files still have that " RESTRICTED " stamp all over it making it for my eyes only - yet its 70 years old /biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif /> Tell ya one thing I would have loved to be on that Lanc flight around the world , I have heard off a visiting RAF Lancaster to New Zealand but never new the full story,...
