Not sure Aerosoft are really getting the message... Unable to login or even register on the Aerosoft site support forums (Register says email in use, lost password says email doesn't exist right?) Sent in a ticket, no response except a poll question asking how the service I receieved was. My response is below and their response to my response is below that...
