Very odd. It will be interesting to see what happens to all the carbon fibre in the airframe. It’s not recyclable as far as I know.

I actually experienced something close when on board an ATR, landing at Krakow a few years back. Thankfully he went around.. My GPS uses me as a mule: sends me on a route not of my choosing, I strongly suspect so it can tell everyone else NOT to use it!

Yes, it’s getting way beyond a joke now. Some serious damage being done. I was hoping Feb would see a change but it is still terrible. Relentless rain and wind. That image was "the last one" I shot of an RNZAF P-3K2 .... and "it just happened to be" NZ4201 which was "the first" of the type to be delivered to the RNZAF back in 1968.
