Any helicopter can do a loop or inverted manoeuvre IF you can maintain +1G throughout. Semi rigid rotor heads allow for large degree of flapping which under low g conditions can lead to mast bumping and carburetted engines will cut out. The H500 RFM states that aerobatic manoeuvres are prohibited. You can loop a 500 and most people are aware or have seen this. The blades on a 500 are joined together with 'packing straps' thin steel strips going from blade to blade. During high or excessivly low g flight, these can break.

QUOTE (Dean @ Jan 14 2011, 04:10 AM) I would encourage all our Kiwi friends to donate as much as possible to help out your fellow Aussies (google Queensland Flood Appeal). Will do mate, Wanganui has already started an appeal. We have collectors on the streets. All the best for all Queenslanders, I just hope the help arrives soon. Derek

QUOTE (madkudu @ Jan 7 2011, 10:13 PM) Just going back to your original point re. the price hike, heres an article saying that it has kinda worked, just to stir things up /biggrin.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :D border= 0 alt= biggrin.gif /> Cigarette price hike prompts quitting surge- Stuff I think it has really helped those that are addicted but really want to give up, and a price hike was a good excuse for it. As for those with no intention to give up, just have to accept thats the way its gona go unfortunately Cheers Jimmy Good points Jimmy...at the moment, Im one of...

Looks like alot of places around ChCh right now, depending on what the timber has done in the walls/roof it could be as simple as a rejib and paint. Take a couple of days to do that I think.
