Launching a home, kiwiana, kids and education range , ? I'd go to the 3d model range . I,m handy with CorelDraw , currently use 9 , art and graphic design , concept drawing and worked using CAD/CAM engineering programs but art was my more favourable side . The latter 3D models .. I have a Space Shuttle that regular visited Airshows and Schools , couple displays at Science Alive , Its stands about 3 meters (8/9 ft) from tail . Free hand drawing , comic type style i guess , Corel would be handy for this . A new format maybe .. a great NZ War Hero . Oh i do have an interest in NZ Aviation ,...

QUOTE (Naki @ Jun 23 2009, 02:05 AM) Interesting stuff Jase..Embraer does well considering the number of Embraer jets now in use..same goes for the 777 and A340 it surprised me too, considering some of the areas they are flying in, not the best in the world. one thing did surprise me was the fact at how two boeing types (717 and 777) have not been involved in any fatals, 777 i can understand, was a very close thing with the ba flight, but the 717, updated md design, i guess not a huge number out there. would be intresting to see out of the a/c listed as to how many hours or miles...

I was never a true fan of him and his heyday was before my time, but what I've heard of his music is really great. A sad day. Huge news even if you don't care for him and his music. RIP Michael Jackson.

My old phone broke and I needed a new phone so went to the telecom shop - utter chaos!! There were people waiting upto an hour for new connections and apparently they were selling quite a few sim cards to convert vodafone phones to telecom. I got me a new XT phone, the telecom branded ZTE R6. It makes phone calls and texts. What the hell else should it do? I'm happy.

QUOTE (Chairman @ May 22 2009, 12:58 AM) Do you remember Richard Hammond and James May spending 24 hours in a car ? It had been advertised as being "as comfortable as your lounge" so they put it to the test. The daytime bits were ok (just driving around), the eating bit was ok (drive thru's), but the bit where they had to use the absorbent gel filled bags that Richard had found somewhere ....... /laugh.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= laugh.gif /> and that was only 24 hours ! Are you taking a break every couple of hours like they let the...

Just a bit of an update to this one : Targa Rotorua looks pretty well covered but the details for the main Targa in October have changed a bit. The thinking is now that I'll be given a campervan and there will be two speed gun crews travelling in it. Me and the 14yo have got one covered, now I'm vaguely on the lookout for two people to make up the other crew. Can be two from here, one from here plus a mate, whatever ... Accommodation will be at holiday parks, two in the camper and two in a cabin. Targa will be covering the campervan / accommodation cost, and most of the fuel. The...
