Well i have a 20GB Creative Zen touch....ive had for a 2.5 years with no problems. It was cheaper than the equivalent ipod. A girl i work with got her 20GB ipod at about the same time as me- She has sent it back twice because it stopped working, she paid more for it and now its out of warranty and is packing up again! And to top it off, my model was rated as having better sound quality than the ipod as well as a 24hour battery life (compared to about 8 for her ipod).... Wasnt the ipod voted worst consumer product of the year due to all its problems??

What really peeves me off is that the night that it happend, our resident 'expert' (and I use that term very loosly!) Dr Phillip Alpers was on TV harping on about nothing at all as usual. What the hell does he know about anything, how could he be a 'Dr'? he was given it by a left wing university because he was saying things that they like to hear, he has no real credentials at all. huff, huff, huff Rant mode off now! The funny thing is that some states in the US have the tightest firearms laws around. I think that we have struck a reasonable ballance here, we can own...

I have a german friend, and sometimes she really struggles with the kiwi accent. I swear she thinks im insane sometimes  People who learn english as a second language tend to put their sentences together differently  goodness damn bland Canterbury accent ;) @ G-HEVN - It's even more annoying when you see a sign outside a bakery saying "Get you're lunch here!" <_<

A confirmed Opera user here. Have used it since 1997 (even after it went payware). Simple, elegant, no code bloat, and not subject to "attack" (simply because it's a relatively "unknown" browser). Only 2 websites I've encountered (to date) which does not accept Opera: Simviation (download page) and Microsoft's Update page. Then I have to revert to IE.
