Well it must be very important business, this Bunnings thing! It made the leaders' news conference in Singapore today! There has been a casualty I believe, although unconfirmed: The Bunnings Marketing Manager is said to have laughed his head off, at the international exposure his company got, without spending a dime! Priceless!

So: a tax on mining activity in NZ. In the first instance, to fund the Pike River cost. Thereafter, to directly fund proper government oversight of mining in NZ. Lobby your MP - why should the money come from any other quarter? Exactly. Dealing with what happens when things go horribly wrong is the responsibility of the undustry. They should all contribute to a fund to clean up the occasional mess especially when it happens to the workers.

It's a realistic business model. Drzewiecki Design as I recall put out high-quality limited-feature freeware airports for the likes of VATSIM flyers and casual simmers. Because you liked it so much, you were always tempted to get the payware version. When pigs learn to fly, erm, I mean when ORBX produces NZ base scenery, I will only do incredibly complex renditions of airports that will make Mr. Corn's timelines look like warp speed.

Must have been an early one as it doesn't have that hump on the fuse behind the canopy. If Ian were still around he could probably quote the serial number!

Photo's showing fine now, Marty. I must have dived into to post too quickly before they were fully uploaded!... :wink2: ....! I love my Mr Blackbird! Perfectly proportioned with his long tail and yellow beak! Mrs Blackbird is a more grey colour and the same with her beak. The neighbours bl**dy Cats devastate all the Birdlife which we encourage in our gardens... .... ...I throw house bricks at Cats.... :ph43r: ...! Paul.... :D ...!

Well, that's funny. I'm always a bit confused by why people get riled up by 'political correctness', but then again I do get a bit confused by people in general. The guy in the video hit the nail on the head when he said that's it's almost as if cultural norms are not fixed -- is it so difficult to accept that changing cultural norms can mean that some things can exceed their use-by date in some respects? Like the Simpsons... People are employed in the thousands to promote various ideas, and these days they have a direct route into our daily lives via online media. Oh my god, someone in the...
