Really nice shot, I have never seen in real life the southern lights before. I remember one time driving down to Ashburton when I was in my 20s (that seems a long time ago sadly) - I was wondering what the green glow in the sky was and then twigged that is was a bright auroara, much much brighter than this one in my photo above, so it must have been a doozy, if only digital cameras has been around in those days.

30yrs ago.... would have gone into a crappy rundown suburb where I used to work and bought as many properties as I could have begged borrowed or stolen the money for and then leveraged against those to get even more.
