Young Munter, the cat door was for Mars' .. Munter has ripped in and out again , I really do like cats and city cats .. weird thing young Munter really dose get around, something I have never heard of is taken a four legged puss into the wilderness , as you all know I'm a real cat person , I'm just pleased to be here to be a Muntz backup, home away's form home .. amazing cat .. No wonder he is now well know thru the the block here .. do cats really talk to people ? , .... can't catch a bird yet .. but sure as hell a great fisherman . .... well maybe not 'Mister Fish' is in the premiere Fish...

The Ole BAC 1-11 really chews up the runway ... DC- 9 was in the same class, was the good old Classic 737-200 that nailed it specifically because off the wing design, all the little fancy lets make the wing move really come into it own , the biggest thing was most off the based theory was from the B-29 Superfortress , but the gap between the two was only twenty so years.

I simply love these types of movies, SI-Fi .. War and Weapons .. rather the soap box women's life drama , my latest paint is almost ready .. Hmmm maybe not , biggest thing is this is the word BATTLESHIP .. have an old movie here 'POTEMKIN' all pre WWI dreadnought stuff and the same caliber style movie as "All quiet on the Western Front" ... course my know with history and incoming painting ... just needed a break from the my norm .. again historical based.

Great post, I wasn't aware of this! Douglas sure made a strong airplane. There was a tale of a 727 going supersonic accidentally, in the '70s, and survivng. The "Sound Barrier" obviously wasn't as great an obstacle as everyone had thought.

Then I thought further: Wait a minute! isn't Lockheed Martin the purveyor of a flightsim which takes money by way of "Licence Fees"? It does bother me to be honest. I'm a civilian sim flyer usually and a fan of Boeing airliners, but as we all know they're just as involved/guilty of feeding the military machine. You can say the same for for brands of electronics ... for the un-educated , Westinghouse company make washing machines, oven and other house hold appliance's and weaponry and been making Shhh Nuclear Reactors since they were invented ... every has a finger into weapons and a...

I've already made weapons , even practice dumb mortar shells .. lot of other stuff :) .. these really are not models .. they are more templates to build on so in a way , if you had a UZI on your desktop (real McCoy) .. in my hands would build it very easy and frankly a lot easier than this , really have studied this and already modify'd it , ...... One thing it dose is give one a complete template to the exact scale, So with that in mind , lets remodel it .

WHITE HOUSE DOWN ... B-) Brilliant movie , my sorta movie, James Woods playing the part of the ... Well the could become Prez Donald Trump, think the angry part was because required to have a hair cut .. Donnie would have played the part so well but it was the hair cut that kept him out ... so obviously James followed the Don to get the mannerism and the feel for the part ... Five Stars for that man James the actor with a hair cut ... sure Donnie would have done an equal job ... simply the hair cut stood in the way, .......... one thing about and with this movie, they were trying to catch up...

There were no winners in that war only losers. That is also a good one Steve , after war, WWII the losers were in a way the winners, look how Japan was rebuilt very quickly due to Americas help and for the better, "Operation Vittles" the Berlin airlift, show's what comes from the military intervention from America, Britain and France and how siege city people really appreciated and hero's come from that, the lolly bomber. One thing even the losers were admired , how many people read about the German and Japanese aces or wanting to learn more about them, the interest in the hardware,...

What a difference, between the Imperial Japan of the day, and modern, technological Japan of today, where we purchase just about everything for our daily needs, (and wants!). Japan made an excellent job of all my later motorcycles, compared with my old Brit stuff!.... :wink2: ....! Its difficult to imagine that its the same country as it was in the past! ...still...its difficult for the old folks to forget what happened during the Pacific War... Paul....caught in amongst the invasion of Europe by the Hun...!

That is an Ideal spot for your your print B-) It had to go up quick since I was on a high, Thank-you, rather hang another's work rather than mine, that wall is for a new book shelf once I sort out money's, that other shelf ain't going to last if I keep jiggle books in and out ... have good plan for that. I think the Jaguar painting would be a real goody, you get a print simply for my copy of the 'Jaguar Boys'. I still have a few other books to pull just to get the details correct then start sketching and painting, may get developers thinking about making a good Jag :) As I said, next Visit...

... Greg -- I did post last week in the members only if anyone was wanting to meet up, but it was pretty low-key -- I have a thing against publicising any time away, after being burgled once before:) I assume that only NZFF members are trustworthy! ... Fair enough, somehow missed your announcement and i guess it's always possible to visit locally rather then making a special trip to Wellington to do it!!
