Yes, Adam, NZCH. I'd buy it if you dropped it on AFS2. Given recent news the market might be a bit tight in MSFS! Yeah, that'll be interesting... There are a couple of reasons why it makes sense to continue with this (neither of them to do with the market), and I did announce it prior to NZA's announcement, so I guess they are happy to see how things eventuate. I can't really see any way it would make sense to release this on AFS2, except maybe a freebie port, once I go full-on retired!

It is definitely an exotic aircraft and I have a soft spot for unusual machines. As I said, the exterior model is quite neat. For 10 euro´s you its okay. That's one pizza Hawaii less.

The first pic looks a lot like Duxford - I think that scenery was updated just recently. Yes - it was - and split into an airshow/non-airshow versions. Also: Adam.

Well, there's pigs, and there's pigs. These two are in the RAN Museum at HMAS Albatross - The French just can't help themselves - they gotta have style!

Umm how does the flight model react to ski landing gear on tarseal? Well ... taxiing on tarseal doesn't appear to produce any sparks (!!!) but braking is hard (no wheelbrakes) - either on snow or on tar. How do they slow down in RL?? I expect soft/fresh snow would have a bit of a braking effect, but landing on packed snow or ice ... ? I'll need to revisit those "Ice Pilots" videos, I think!

A brave choice of airfield for a maiden flight there Adam :) I cheated!! I'd already had a few flights in it - and realised they've got the flight model all wrong (no surprises there!!). It takes off like an An-2 - and floats off the runway after an incredibly short space of time. I never knew the Ju52 was a STOL aircraft :D  ^_^ One question: what waypoint did you use to find Victoria Falls, please?? I used Google Earth (outside the sim) to locate the falls in RL, then an addon for MSFS that pops up a Google-earth style map (whilst in flight) that allows you to teleport to a location in...

Not a lot in it - GeoffKiwi uses ArcGIS imagery, which tends to be rather dark. I believe GIMP allows you to lighten/darken the tones so I might experiment with my Chathams images. Then again, anymore bite marks in the ceiling and the whole place will fall about my ears :o
