Wow Adam that one made me blink - it belongs on the masthead for the whole month, so much to see! It gets a week only ;) then back to the random banners. I'm using GSX a lot now - and have to say I'm amazed at how much detail they cram into all their systems & animations. I often sit there and do the whole works, catering, icing etc. before the usual boarding and refuelling etc.

I wish I have those in my FSX!!! Does it require Cray super computer? If your PC can run FSX well, then it will run P3D fine. It's based on the same (ancient!!) codebase. Of course, you'd need a fair bit of HD space :( However - I do find XP11 generally outperforms P3D. It's just painful to have to re-buy similar aircraft (or scenery) for a different sim. Adam.

Adamski, you need to adjust your joystick axis curves. I can guarantee that was your issue. Do that and it becomes a completely different sim. Each aircraft needs to be tuned specifically. It's not like FSX/P3D where there is a single one size fits all set of keybindings. Each aircraft has it's own set of commands and keybindings and each is maintained independently. I tried all that, thanks - but I may have another go at trying some different curves ;) Adam.

I'm still keeping a bit of an eye on the VR scene as well. Hoping the local hire guy will get the new HP Reverb headset in a couple of months and I'll have another week of play and see if the increased resolution is now where I'd like it to be (to be able to read GA a/c gauges at-a-glance)

Charl, for me it's a keeper - lots of switches to play with, cold and dark available if you pick a parking spot (white aircraft symbol) as a starting point. Sound could be better but that is being looked at, as are some other items which JF already have in hand. At the moment I have such a crummy control setup that I am not prepared to criticise some of the things I am seeing. My CH stuff is hooked up to the FSX machine and I am making do with an old Logitech joystick on the AFS2 one, until the Honeycomb stuff is released. ATB Mike

That would be eerie, good to see the attention to detail there Rob. What is the plan for that area? Is it basically a park now? Forever?

Here's the post which first pointed me to these, it doesn't show all the aircraft available, but has plenty of interesting screenshots.

Very nice, good to see some user shots of NZWN starting to show up. In D'Andre's video, he mentioned that he wasn't sure if the static aircraft parked by the terminal could be removed, obviously you've managed. Yeah it's a brilliant addon! Yes they are easily removed by using the flightbeam manager - you can simply choose to not have them

Looking good Bra Guy ....that Vulcan shot is great. Don't think I'll bother too much with XP in the meantime, the others I'm dealing with are keeping me poor and frustrated. Looking forward to seeing some more.

Oh my ...not the best I've seen, but great to see it appearing, yet again. And , Rob "just goes to show that what we need is a proper quality payware version, for at least one of the major sims." I agree, just get it done :ph43r: Thanks, Adam
