I'm not a really a fan of the 380, but that is superb.

A late war variant. Sunderlands certainly looked better in that cam than the early war scheme.

BNE to GLA with a 90 minute layover at DXB is a great way to get me to Scotland, but unfortunately there is no corresponding return flight :rolleyes:

The old brown-green paint had its advantages over its better-known successor. Somewhere, which has not been available here in Germany for a long time, I still have a book about RAF camouflage schemes from 1939-1960. Something like that is no longer produced today and the current generation no longer builds models.

Also a remarkable aircraft that is almost forgotten today.

It's a shame what has become of so many such proud, elegant birds. Drug dealers buy them, fly them low over the US border, unload them and leave them behind.
