Wow Adam that one made me blink - it belongs on the masthead for the whole month, so much to see! It gets a week only ;) then back to the random banners. I'm using GSX a lot now - and have to say I'm amazed at how much detail they cram into all their systems & animations. I often sit there and do the whole works, catering, icing etc. before the usual boarding and refuelling etc.

QUOTE (Charl @ Nov 18 2010, 05:40 PM) Cool shot, AS! If you start with the right perspective, it's really easy and quick to do. Cheers mate. I'll probably fire up FS in the weekend to take some screenshots with this in mind. At the moment, I'm just having a play with existing shots /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif />

QUOTE (toprob @ Nov 1 2010, 07:09 PM) When I first heard about this, I thought 'Mmmm mission'. It's possible in a mission to change the load weight, for example, so that the aircraft sinks as it loads. A mission can have all the animation you'd need. Yes and i can confirm it works just the way you say as i did it with Deane fu24 about two years ago ,you have to make the truck as a AI model ,and then you set a trigger spot for the plane to park at within the field ,when the trigger is activated the truck comes over and the weight is then added, same as adding a fuel...

That looks great, I've never even heard of Gimp, might take a look. Just something that i noticed might make it look a bit better, Things further off into the distance wouldn't be blurred to the same extent as the objects in the foreground. So the clouds, ad possibly the hills (maybe a slight blur) would be clear like the helicopter. But the ship, that would be blurred like you have it. Give it a try and see how it looks /thumbup1.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= thumbup1.gif />

QUOTE (happytraveller @ Nov 5 2010, 09:58 PM) VERY real screenshots, the third one you have to look at a few times to make sure that it is not a real photo. Nice looking aircraft too, and looks just right with the cumulus clouds behind. Good to see that the screenshots are up to the usual high quality. smooth landings. Thanks HT....and for the mags as well /thumbup1.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= border= 0 alt= thumbup1.gif />
