Wow Adam that one made me blink - it belongs on the masthead for the whole month, so much to see! It gets a week only ;) then back to the random banners. I'm using GSX a lot now - and have to say I'm amazed at how much detail they cram into all their systems & animations. I often sit there and do the whole works, catering, icing etc. before the usual boarding and refuelling etc.

QUOTE (hoki1185 @ Oct 29 2010, 05:26 PM) How did you get on wit the power lines draped across and adjacent to the river? I didn't go down to 1000ft until I got down to Berlins so was high enough to pass over the lines at white bluff just past Inangahua I actually worked on the towers at the white bluffs for the then State Hydro when they put the lines through from Mawheraiti to the Denniston mine. Thank you /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> When I started the flight, I didn't think the screens would turn out that nice, but once I saw them, I had to get some shots of it. I put a video inspired by the shoot in the videos section just now.

QUOTE (Trolly @ Oct 24 2010, 01:32 PM) Really cool screenies, especially that last sunset above- wow! I was in Nelson the other day and saw the Origin planes parked up all forgotten about, wonder if they'll ever fly in NZ again? Hope not - bloody uncomfortable things. Air National run one on the Blenheim to Auckland route occasionally as support arrangement with Air New Zealand and I have been unfortunate to have done the flight twice. Because of the round fuse you end up with very little leg room and no way you can take on normal sized carry on baggage such as laptop bags as...

Continuing the theme, two more shots of the same aircraft descending. Clear air and good light makes a good photo, and also a good screenshot:- Smooth landings.

QUOTE (Ian Warren @ Oct 17 2010, 02:01 PM) @ Adam , I thought i was up with the play - ok who,s Tigercat is that one ? I found it by accident - it's the old Alphasim one, repackaged for FSX by Mark Rooks. I think I got it from fsdownload.com ... filename f-7tigercatvmp-254.zip . It's fairly old, so the VC is crude (but 2D is OK) ... and there's not *that* much detail on the repaint. It's a fine repaint nonetheless. I've seen this aircraft at air shows and it's a really stylish looking machine. FSX just doesn't do it justice.

WOW!! Another fantastic screenshot which just goes to show that there are some real screenshot artists here. I still propose a 'hall of fame' for the best of the best, this shot is another one that will have to go in. Perhaps some of these fantastic shots should be entered internationally??? These sort of shots are too good to keep to ourselves. STUNNING QUALITY. smooth landings.
