QUOTE (ScottyB @ Apr 21 2010, 03:05 PM) Again Toprob, what scenery is this? I have been out of the simming area for a few months and I think I have missed something BIG. Cheers. Some details in this previous thread. Lake Kaniere was one of the original Godzone magazine areas, originally for FS2002 -- thinking back to the time I spent placing this by hand, I certainly don't miss the old days:) It's a smallish area (30x40km) using LINZ imagery, plus an aerial of Hokitika which I scrounged from the council.

Second and third photos are great, camera angle and framing are lovely. Perhaps could be improved by reducing the visibility a little to get some atmospheric haze, but still great shots. I must fly around that are as well!! thanks for posting.

QUOTE (markll @ Apr 4 2010, 11:57 PM) Hi all... For those interested, I've uploaded this to: Adam, how do I get it on NZFsim? Cheers! /smile.gif style= vertical-align:middle emoid= :) border= 0 alt= smile.gif /> I'll grab it from your link (thanks) and FTP it up there. Of course - if you want to add more repaints (of your own or by others) I can set you up as an admin. You'd be more than welcome. There's a small group of NZFF admins that have put stuff up in the past (thank you!). I've already created the entry here ... but without any file info. UPDATE:...

Good Stuff Gavin- It's amazing what can be achieved just using the default object libraries....and as Ian said, anything is 100 times better than default!

Interesting shots Robin- I flew here doing some testing and noticed that the VLC airport boundaries where out of alignment with the default FSX airport boundaries and wondered which was correct- Does the aerial line up with the VLC or the default? (from memory the default was shifted east by 100m or so)
