Well, believe or not, there was some semblance of an eye when I started my upward slew - that dark dot in the mid-upper right quarter was where it was (it was quite a bit bigger). Then I mucked around with the time settings and it shrunk to it's current size. But no swirls unfortunately, would be great if that were modeled, although I'd hate to think of what it would do to my computer.

QUOTE (Trolly @ Jun 8 2008, 10:43 PM) By the way, is that FSX or FS2004? I can't tell from the water, but everything else looks like excellent quality! FS2004 there. ;) I don't really have a lot of time for simming, so at the moment I'm going with the sim I've got set up - as opposed to the one that I haven't really put a lot of effort into. ;) Alex

Great angles there man- love how you have displayed those shots there, it adds a sort of 'storyboard' effect to the whole flight.

Those people that do inverted flat spins do tend to come from eastern Europe. They fly Sukhoi's inverted under low bridges over the Danube too. My introduction to gliding was a cheapie flight at Drury. At some point I asked whether the glider was aerobatic. The driver obviously thought this was a challenge and pushed over a -2g. All the grass on the cockpit floor flew up and stuck to the canopy. When he had a bit of airspeed, he flung it into a Chandelle. All the grass previously on the canopy fell on my head and into my eyes. Look at the pictures above and you will see the pilot wears a...

Hahaha thanks guys! Ian - I'm tempted to do a BD-5 and Mignet HM.14 formation....sadly I don't think the Pou would be able to hold station! :P Paul, I'm very jealous - one of my regular videos to watch growing up was Air Expo 92, and watching the BD-5J strut its stuff made a big impression on me. That, and the take-off of the Zero replica.....loooow..... Kiwi - I dunno, I'd give it a go. Not the jet one though. Daniel - thanks for sowing the seed!

Damn! No wonder I don't remember....I last saw Man With The Golden Gun when I was 12!!!! Got the FSX BD-5 set. The prop one flies fantastic in FS9, was a mean machine! (I'll take some screenies of mine somewhere in NZ tomorrow) But the programme crashes if I try to load the BD-5J :( . So I just use the FS2002 one instead! Shame, cos the FSX one looks so pretty, and actually has the Octopussy paint! Dammit Daniel, now you've got me wanting to invest in a REAL BD-5!!!!! *checks bank balance but the result is too depressing*
