Hey guys just a quick question regarding injecting weather into FSX. After I've selected my textures and weather for REX using real world data, what do I select in the weather area IN GAME, if anything at all?, REX used to show up in the Dropbox at the bottom in game but is absent now

Something I have to look at and try , even in P3D, tho the default weather is quite surprising 'Out the Box' so to speak .

Good question, my understanding is that REX no longer serves real world weather, so I gave it up in favour of Active Sky.

Thanks Ian, yeah it's a bit confusing, one would think if you are using REX real world data you shouldn't have to touch anything in-game but if I select nothing I'm pretty sure I'm just getting default clouds with no textures, I use REX soft clouds also

Yes I brought ASN a while ago from Steam but now when I go into my account it's not there anymore, I don't want to pay for it again, hmmm, I find the Steam account very confusing to operate, it's now telling me I'm operating from a different computer even though I have used it with my new setup and it wants to email me my "secret code ", it's a bit frustrating to say the least

I suffer the same annoying complaint regarding "Steam" and my account!

I have now got used to the same old rigmarole regarding the suspicious; "new set up from a different computer", requiring application of the "secret code" by e-mail every time I log on to Steam!

I call it the; "Steam Paranoia".... :o ...!

I have a dozen or more various games stored on Steam, and trying to locate them on the main Steam Page after logging in, is a pain in the rear-end!

The "Steam" route is far too complicated for me, which tends to keep me connected to my trusty MS Boxed Version of FSX, rather than my FSX Steam version!

I hate Complication!... ...!

Paul.... :sleepy: ....!
