The 70G90 is almost straight down the runway at least. :unsure:

Anything lighter than a 737 is likely to be entering VTOL flight.
Maybe not so much the "L"

I always wondered what it was those C-130 Hurricane Hunters did up there...

You would only need the wind to veer by 20 degrees. or so and you have probably exceeded the airframe crosswind limits. What really limits it as ground service operations.
