People have read that i have a set of them in threads on various FS forums.
So, i have posted them on my website ( http://snowman.ozsimdev.com.au/index.php ) for download by all in the "Downloads" section
under the "Must Have Files" sub-catagory.
Its a 3 page .pdf document, so you will need Adobe Acrobat reader (free) installed to read or print it.
