Is there a free program out there somewhere that does sort of the same thing as REX? That makes the clouds look better.

I don't have the money to spend on it right now.

So, any suggestions?

You can also try fsrealwx lite it is a free weather program. This would fill in time for you to save up for REX 2.0 and then get the free REX 3.0 update.
