Not a big problem - but why would a United states Presidential 757 park at Gate 12 at Wellington? - Really annoys me how AI aircraft still get cocked up and park in stupid places another Example is Dash 8s parking beside A380s in Auckland - Very weird and annoying!

Edit - is that actually a 757?

Technically, it's a C-32, mostly used by the US VP, Mrs Pres, and ranking members of Congress.
Welcome to the world of AI...
The airport AFD file has parking spaces with attributes (size, type, code).
These are matched to the parking attributes of the incoming aircraft, and the parking with best match "wins" the aircraft.
It is possible to skew the odds of an aircraft parking at a given position, by changing the parameters of either the airport or aircraft, or both.

I actually liked having the US of A stop in regular, made your flight feel even more important

..... and look at those scary pilot faces

See if the aircraft.cfg entries for those AI planes have the following line in their config files located within each livery's [flightsim] section:
atc_parking_codes=
You can change that code to some three or four letter identifier, and also change the airport's AFCAD/AFX file so that certain parking spots accept aircraft specifically with that code. It doesn't always work if you have a lot of active AI and the gate is full before the plane gets there, but more often than not, it does what you want.
