Real-time scenery rendering engine

A place to converse about the general aspects of flight simulation in New Zealand

Hi guys,

I was going to put this into the Announcements thread but there is not enough info on it to call it a real announcement. These guys seem to be thinking about utilizing their real-time rendering engine for a flight simulator. I'm still in the process of finding out what's going on, but it's an interesting idea indeed:

Very smooth , but a typical example off FS promotion I think .. very bland but beats the old days ... wonder if they looked at other areas , the NZ for example ?

Certainly looks most impressive. Wonder if anything will come of it as far as FSX is concerned. clapping.gif
