Hard to know without more information. Looks great but it could be arcadey, eye candy without much depth or variety.

Is it 64 bit? Will it be possible for P3D4 addons to be made to work with it? Why would anybody who's invested in P3D4 (or XP11) addons be interested in it?

More sims into the marketplace isn't a bad thing. It'll be the community that decides whether it lives or dies as was the case with FSW.... the community was so toxic with that one that we lost a potentially good sim.

Looks amazing- Scenery used in the video is a mix of photogrammetrically derived mesh and 'autogen' like objects/buildings (timestamp: 1.17) meaning that that level of fidelity may not expand to all areas of the globe, however I couldn't see any evidence of a 'LandClass' system...so it could simply be referencing a online server of cached imagery (cloud free, shadow free) coverage along with automatically derived autogen.
There's evidence that streams/waterway masking is based on vector data (1.22) rather than imagery pixel values
