After another MSFS2024 SU3 beta update....
I rejoined the beta to test the fix for my missing aerial image problem, which turns out it works as it should now. No crashes at all this time around, and the object LODs are not anywhere near as unforgiving. So this must be getting close to release.
However.... there are still a lot of things driving me balmy, most are not bugs, but just the way that the sim runs on my system. I've been flying a lot in MSFS
(2020) since SU16, and apart from the Point of interest issue which has been reported here, it seems to work great, but mostly I notice that it doesn't have the niggly little issues which I have with 2024, such as maize fields in the middle of my NZCH. If only the water looked a lot better, I'd probably quit 2024 for the time-being.
