Helicopter flying

I've been doing the mission on FSX and the most challenging I find is the helicopter manouvres mission which requires taking off from a yacht, fly up a mountain through some rings and then down the other side and finally land on the yacht. The darn boat zig zags all over the place and speeds up and slows down. Hours of fun trying to land on that thing.
