I dont know what i think about that. Maybe its just me but, i dont see the point in using the hobby for that kind of thing.
I know FAA use simulation , but only when all the information is in and verified.

I have, over the years , lost 3 good friends in seperate fatal crashes, and i tell you now....i would not want to see that "played" out on youtube.

Hmmmmmm.....not sure what to think . But i dont like it........just me?

Not getting at you hamham....

Marty

I have to agree with Marty.

Its not like the worst thing in the world, but it does seem maybe a little inappropriate?

Perhaps if you had seen the pictures from the crash that I unfortunately stumbled upon, you wouldn't want to go anywhere near trying to simulate the last moments of this terrible tragedy?

Having said that, its not necessarily wrong to make accurate simulations of air accidents, but I stress accurate, its just too early to know what went on, and its just to early to trivialise it in this way. sad.gif

When i looked at the Vid this morning i thought to myself about all those air crash TV programs i watch and how sometimes i have a go at the same thing on the sim to see how it would go down,
i felt this was more along the lines of that than in bad taste when i watched it ..

HamHam , Newbie on the Block ! ... I'm sure you showed no disrespect , Time, Dates, and to the people involved as bad and as sad the incident was , maybe more the feeling .. the bad always is , well always has that affect ., I'm sure and would be pleased to see more historical Movie clips , it dose need to be more correct , to follow up on information , that,s the research side off things , .

I recall a young CTDAN creating an image , Air New Zealand DC-10 and his work was shunned ( heck 30 years back) , i do many works involving WWII or actions - little different i no , family fought and died , HMNZS Leander 1943 , - heck i may be the leader were possible relations could be in the frail but to try and show .

HamHam .. smile.gif I think more off this type off movie is required - learn the accident and teach , give your perspective .. make it true !
